Shelley is one year away from the big “4-0” and is happily married with three wonderful children.  She currently lives in Brisbane, Australia and loves spending time with family and friends, especially when Grill’d Burgers or Freestyle Desserts are involved .  She also loves walking, weight training, kettlebells, partying, tattoos, piercings and funky hair.  Oh, and afternoon nana naps .  She’s a quirky, funky, fun-loving girl who is most inspired by enthusiastic, energetic and positive people.  Having recently travelled for seven months to twenty countries of the world with her family she is now settled into a somewhat “normal” life again.  FAT is not who she is was written before her overseas adventure and now, To FAT and back is the sequel, the whole story of her (nearly) two year journey recovering from an eating disorder, was written whilst travelling and beyond.
